As the Technical Business Analyst, you will gather functional requirements and closely partner with cross functional leaders and team members to solve problems and develop and execute solutions for the Parts, Pricing, and Customer Service teams. You will lead quick prototypes and iterate on ideas focused on solving problems and delivering value to the business. You will also collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional business partners to understand, translate, and document project requirements. Additionally, you will:

  • Gather complete customer requirements and ensure alignment between functional partners, customer, and development teams both within and outside of the Services team
  • Collaborate closely with Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Solution Architect, and development team in scope and feature decisions; deciding time lines and release schedule; and defining the product vision and roadmap
  • Design, implement, and maintain solution specific artifacts, life cycle plans, and roadmaps
  • Author project charters, detailed functional and technical specifications required to satisfy business requirements for programs, projects, and releases
  • Complete tasks, reporting status, and assignments in a concise and timely fashion
  • Perform data analysis in support of ad-hoc needs and business projects, including working with application teams to determine best options and solutions
  • Manage and own project scope and schedule, delivery of a successful product, closure, and documentation

  • Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and provide project updates to leadership
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
