As the Vulnerability Management Engineer, you will join our on-site client-facing team to help them achieve FedRAMP level security standardization for a number of products and services. You will implement tools and processes to identify vulnerabilities in various environments. You will also design and develop new approaches to identify vulnerabilities in unique and complex products. Additionally, you will:

  • Collaborate with other security teams to identify and leverage different sources of security intelligence
  • Collaborate with different product teams to improve and influence their security risk posture
  • Automate vulnerability reporting and tracking

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 2 years of hands on Qualys (or Nessus) experience, running scans and analyzing vulnerabilities
  • Ability to learn and communicate IT, networking, and security concepts to personnel at all levels of experience and responsibility, including non-technical leaders
  • Linux System Administrator experience
  • Jira familiarity to create and complete tickets
  • Scripting skills with Python, Shell, or Bash
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and as part of a geographically distributed team
  • Security + certification
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to get this certification
  • Senior level documentation, collaboration, and reporting skills
  • US citizenship
