Are You Up to the Challenge?

We are looking for an emerging Recruiting Manager who is ready to elevate their game. As a Recruiting Manager with Resolvit, you will put your organizational, management, and personal engagement skills to work by meeting new people and finding the best possible IT and management consulting professionals to join our company as Client Services Team employees. You will report directly to the Managing Partner to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics, practices, policy, and procedures to support the development of high-performing teams, providing hands-on recruiting management. Additionally, you will:

  • Mentor and coach our team of high-energy recruiters in multiple locations
  • Drive day-to-day recruiting activity and operations
  • Source candidates using our internal database, external resume banks, and networking sites
  • Screen and ascertain the competence of candidates against a technical job description
  • Match your candidates with our strategic resource and project needs
  • Maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, following up to keep your candidates in the loop and maintain lasting relationships
  • Be part of a high-performance team in a tremendous work environment

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • More than 4 years of progressive recruiting experience
  • More than 2 years of direct managerial experience, leading 3 to 10 people
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related course of study
  • A successful track record demonstrating effective methods of teaching, coaching, and executing fundamental recruiting activity by delivering results
  • Demonstrated success against targeted recruiting metrics and quotas
  • Ability to successfully identify and engage new prospects over the phone, at networking events, and through structured marketing campaigns
  • Ability to deliver engaging and articulate recruiting presentations in person and virtually
  • Strong self-motivation, an outgoing and friend-making personality, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Prior experience in technical recruiting
  • Experience generating Excel reports
