As the Senior Business Analyst - Training, you will analyze business and technical processes for a human resources system. 

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 6 years of strong PeopleSoft HCM experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree
  • US Navy field experience and knowledge of Navy HR management database systems
  • Knowledge of US Navy administrative and HR Policies
  • Experience with NSIPS
  • Experience documenting functional business processes of Navy Pay and Personnel
  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL
  • Ability to work well with co-workers, developers, testers, and customers
  • Secret clearance
