As the Salesforce Solutions Team Leader, you will provide leadership and oversight for 15-person offshore Salesforce team. You will establish and maintain excellent business relationships with the business. You will also serve as the initial and ongoing line of sight to resource constraints and commitments. Additionally, you will:

  • Identify risks and interdependencies and work to develop plausible solutions
  • Conduct proof of concept pilots to demonstrate potential solutions for business problems
  • Collaborate with business and product owners to define roadmap/release plan
  • Interface with all levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes
  • Monitor emerging technology trends in manufacturing and Salesforce
  • Envision new Salesforce capabilities and common application components
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, resilient, and perform to expectations
  • Serve as a collaborative team lead who possesses the ability to drive consensus and comradery
  • Act as the escalation point when issues arise and understand what to do and who to work with to resolve them

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing Salesforce teams who are designing, building, supporting, and managing Salesforce.com applications/projects
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions focused on achieving business results with technology
  • At least 1 year of experience with Service Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • At least 2 years of experience with multi implementation of Service Cloud and redesigns
  • Experience managing offshore teams from the US
  • Experience setting up, taking the lead, and managing a Salesforce team in India
  • Experience with Call Center and Customer Service for a manufacturing company that deals with consumers/customer service experience
  • Rock solid communication and business operation experience
  • Solid understanding of Call Center and Customer Service for a manufacturing company that deals with consumers
  • Experience in Salesforce implementations
  • Experience using Salesforce within Customer Service, Call Center, Integrations, Manufacturing, and Business Processing Engineering
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to act as a liaison for the business to other organizational areas, conveying needs and requirements of the business
  • Extensive experience planning and deploying business or IT initiatives
  • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
  • Able to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to provide coherent vision, strategic plans, and leadership to achieve peer/stakeholder buy-in and successful alignment with business vision
  • Experience delivering against key achievements and managing a project team/plan with team members both offshore and onshore

Great Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or engineering
  • Experience developing with additional platforms/languages (Java, .NET, Python)
  • Technical business analyst background
  • Service cloud certifications
