As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will provide production support for Teamcenter 11 and ServiceNow, covering incidents, problems, change requests, service requests, and access management. You will work with support resources to drive identification and proactive application enhancements, as well as bring continuous improvement to the applications’ performance and stability in partnership and accordance with the team’s Agile/DevOps development and release process and all shared served teams.
