As the Support Account Manager, you will leverage your strong customer relationship and crisis management skills and technical competencies to deliver the highest level of support service to enterprise customers, with the aim of realizing the maximum value of their solutions and minimizing disruption to their operations. You will oversee an optimal delivery of support activities for the customer and provide effective crisis management and communication in case of disruptions.
