As the Active Directory Engineer, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical guidance over the support of the platform, infrastructure, and solution products across multiple domains and solution areas, contributing to the future success of the business through innovations in technology. You will manage end to end service solutions and service levels. You will also manage staff across a globally diverse environment. Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain design authority in association with architects for all new and existing applications in the domain
  • Provide leadership, technical direction, and expertise to project and support teams composed of FTEs, outsourced resources from strategic partners, and software vendors
  • Ensure services are maintained and focused on customer value and compliance to relevant policies and procedures
  • Maintain deep understanding of key technologies and their strategic directions to enable effective impact assessments of any proposed strategic changes or design choices
  • Drive consistent approach to defining and embedding coding standards and drive continuous improvement through vendor partnerships
  • Proactively support Service Director to develop and deliver continuous improvement of application/infrastructure portfolio to enhance user productivity, increase system reliability, and reduce the total cost of ownership

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting F5 or similar ADN deployments 
  • At least 5 years of experience with design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large Active Directory infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • MCSE certification
  • Proven experience delivering services
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical plans and strategic infrastructure supporting business wide performance solutions
  • Expert in enterprise scale Active Directory design spanning multiple locations and business units
  • Multi-forest expertise with an understanding of Kerberos
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory replication, DNS, site links, site topology, group policy, cloud, and AzureAD 
  • Experience with Infoblox, Linux (RHEL), and IDAM tools
  • Experience with design and implementation of complex Active Directory domain and forest consolidation and/or migrations
  • Experience with DNS and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
