As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will provide production support for Teamcenter 11 and ServiceNow, covering incidents, problems, change requests, service requests, and access management. You will work with support resources to drive identification and proactive application enhancements, as well as bring continuous improvement to the applications’ performance and stability in partnership and accordance with the team’s Agile/DevOps development and release process and all shared served teams. You will also facilitate deployment activities in lieu of Release Manager. Additionally, you will:

  • Perform documentation and communication tasks including, but not limited to:
    • Providing and documenting RCA and corrective actions on repetitive issues for permanent fixes
    • Creating and updating relevant SOP documentation
    • Creating and/or maintaining functional documentation for break-fixes
    • Creating and/or maintaining detailed FMEAs per the Transportation IT Template
    • Creating and/or contributing to Disaster Recovery planning and documentation
  • Perform service delivery coordination activities including, but not limited to:
    • Facilitating outage bridge/skype calls during P1 and P2 outages and during P3 troubleshooting activities
    • Completing quarterly account access reviews
    • Managing ticket queues for all support resources (L1, L2, L3 operations developers)
    • Contributing towards resource capacity planning discussions/activities
    • Creating implementation plans for incidents and problem tickets
    • Completing required security scans

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • Basic knowledge of Teamcenter application, including Teamcenter architecture, Organization module, My Teamcenter modules, configuration, Dispatcher, and FSC concepts
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow application for ticket management
  • Familiarity with NX and Teamcenter integration
  • Familiarity with AWS, Nagios, Java/J2EE/JBoss, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, Unix/Shell scripting, Informatica, and Appworx
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
