As the Project Coordinator - Marketing, you will manage the overall coordination of paid media assets/campaigns, including timelines, creative, and budgets to ensure successful implementation. You will be a key link between teams, facilitating conversations and managing execution requirements to meet campaign needs and timelines. You will also effectively partner with cross-functional team members and outside suppliers. Additionally, you will:

  • Work with cross-functional internal and external teams, partners, and suppliers on an as-needed basis throughout the development, execution, and measurement of paid media campaigns
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Manage and distribute routine progress reports to internal and external team
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow, and project processes
  • Work with internal teams to monitor paid media campaigns and when needed, have campaign performance meetings with cross-functional team
  • Manage campaign budgets and timetables and navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure consistent on-time results of campaign
  • Work with lead and SMEs to resolve daily and complex campaign needs

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a project management, campaign management, or event management role
  • Understanding of paid media execution needs and timelines, with emphasis on paid digital media
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
  • Strong project management, leadership, organizational, and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Comfort with change and complexity
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to communicate, motivate, and develop talent in a positive and respectful manner
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
