Are You Up to the Challenge?

Put your human resources, sales, and relationship management skills to work by helping our Business Services Teammates in four key areas: customer satisfaction and expansion, sales operational support, consultant/employee engagement, and project coordination. As the Client and Employee Optimization Specialist, you will also engage Resolvit’s Client Services field employees as their primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and employee issues, as well as conduct new hire orientations, communicate vital employee benefits information, and facilitate our 360 degree performance evaluation process. You will also coordinate the redeployment of our Client Services team members from one consulting engagement to the next, promoting employee retention, and generate new leads with our Account Manager by performing client account research, attending networking events, and fostering trusted client relationships. Additionally, you will:

  • Prepare contracts, proposals, statements of work, and other engagement paperwork
  • Resolve invoicing, billing, and purchase order issues with current clients
  • Coordinate and provide metrics and reporting support and reconciliation for client procurement department requests as well as project/solution proposals
  • Monitor successful completion of post-award consulting engagements, prepare status reports, attend project meetings with the client, assist with issue resolution, and facilitate training and redeployment efforts

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

  • More than 3 years of progressive sales, human resources, or business experience in professional services or products
  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial psychology, or a related course of study
  • A professional attitude and a track record of successfully building and maintaining client and employee relationships
  • An articulate, outgoing, and engaging approach to interpersonal relationships
  • A high level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong competency with MS Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated success in time and task management, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills

Great Additional Skills:

  • Experience in the consulting, human resources, or staffing services field is a plus
