Are You Up to the Challenge?
Put your human resources, sales, and relationship management skills to work by helping our Business Services Teammates in four key areas: customer satisfaction and expansion, sales operational support, consultant/employee engagement, and project coordination. As the Client and Employee Optimization Specialist, you will also engage Resolvit’s Client Services field employees as their primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and employee issues, as well as conduct new hire orientations, communicate vital employee benefits information, and facilitate our 360 degree performance evaluation process. You will also coordinate the redeployment of our Client Services team members from one consulting engagement to the next, promoting employee retention, and generate new leads with our Account Manager by performing client account research, attending networking events, and fostering trusted client relationships.
