As the Service Desk Database Administrator, you will handle the normal influx of database support requests, route cases as needed, and document procedures for resolving the root cause of an incident. You will interface with vendors with respect to user issues. In addition, you will help facilitate the service life cycle process which includes understanding the current versions of software in production and corresponding software updates and patches needed.
