As the Jira Application Support Analyst on our Service Desk Team you will put your customer service mindset and application support skill set to work on an onsite project team handling the daily influx of various application incident and service requests. You will provide application support for JIRA, Confluence, and other software applications by developing new workflows, implementing enhancements, and managing updates to production.
